What is Paintball?
Paintball is a sport in which two teams of players try to gain a particular objective. To help them, they use paintball markers (paintguns) which fire small spheres of paint coated in a gelatin substance, which splatters on impact. The object of the game is to gain your objective and splatter your opponents to help you do so.
The paintball markers (paintguns) are powered by either compressed air or carbon dioxide and fire the paintball up to the maximum allowable limit of 300 feet per second.
Players are required to wear safety gear to prevent eye and ear damage, which is really the only danger during play.
