Terms and Conditions
Definition – A Vendor is a provider of goods or services who has
agreed to provide a discount (as listed in their Vendor Discount) and on presentation
or Proof of the Valid VplusCARD.
- The Cardholder on purchasing a VplusCARD agrees to these terms
and conditions.
- VplusCARD is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- VplusCARD may be returned within 7 days of its receipt providing
it has not been presented and a discount claimed prior to
its return.
- You will receive the discount as displayed in the Vendor
Discount.
- There is a limit of one card per person and the card is not
transferable.
- VplusCARD is not available to be used in conjunction with
any other offer or discount unless stated by the Vendor in the
Vendor Discount.
- VplusCARD does not guarantee and is not responsible for
any goods or service purchased from any Vendor with VplusCARD.
- Any discount applies to the Vendors standard pricing and is
subject to availability.
- The Cardholder acknowledges that it is not possible to provide a
site free of any faults and that factors outside the control of
VplusCARD could cause the site to be temporarily
unavailable.
- VplusCARD reserves the right to make the website
unavailable while upgrades or maintenance is carried out.
- Security declaimer – VplusCARD has been careful to provide a
secure service but it is not responsible for any tampering or
interference to the VplusCARD site.
- Limitation of Liability – The liability of VplusCARD is limited
to the purchase price of the individual card and VplusCARD is not
liable for any loss arising from purchases made in association with
the VplusCARD site and in no circumstances liable for any
consequential loss.
- Any dispute arising from the use of VplusCARD is subject to New
Zealand Law and New Zealand Courts shall have jurisdiction.
- The Cardholder authorizes VplusCARD to provide third parties
with details of information supplied on and in conjunction with this
agreement.

Terms and Conditions
Definition – A Vendor is a supplier of goods or services who is
registered through the VplusCARD site.
- The vendor agrees to honour VplusCARD's Vendors discount on the
presentation of the VplusCARD.
- A vendor who registers with VplusCARD agrees to these terms and
conditions.
- To apply to become a VplusCARD Vendor you agree to submit an
online registration through our website. It is a term of this
agreement that you provide truthful, current and accurate
information and agree to keep such information up to date and
current.
- You undertake that you will not
a) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent yourself
b) Interfere with or disrupt the servers or network connect to the
website
c) Disobey any requirements, procedures, polices or regulations
d) Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
e) Post or transit at any time material
- Indecent, obscure, vulgar or pornographic
- Illegal, threatening, abusive or harassing
- Racially or ethnically hateful or objectionable
- Defamatory or seditious
- Blasphemous
- Breaches another person's rights
- That may interrupt, damage, destroy or limit this
website.
- VplusCARD reserves the right to reject an application or
withdraw a Vendor if VplusCARD deems it unsuitable.
- VplusCARD reserves the right to edit all content that is
submitted and may make alteration to the site at anytime and without
notice.
- VplusCard has made every effort to ensure that the
information on the Website is accurate and up-to-date.
- VplusCARD reserves the right to make the website
unavailable while upgrades or maintenance is carried out.
- VplusCARD welcomes receiving your corrections and
comments.
- Cancellation of a Vendors listing must be in writing or by email
and provide 4 weeks notice of termination. The Vendor agrees to
honor any listed discounts on products or services to the date of
withdrawal and that are or were ordered before its listing is
cancelled.
- VplusCARD policies shall govern the pricing of VplusCARD and
VplusCARD may vary such prices from time to time.
- VplusCARD will use best efforts to provide cards to prospective
Cardholders but cannot and does not guarantee the availability of
the card at any given time.
- A Vendor may not indicate any form of legal association between
he she it or them and VplusCARD.
- The liability of VplusCARD is limited to the purchase price of
an individual VplusCARD and VplusCARD is not liable for any loss
arising from the supply of faulty goods or services. VplusCARD
cannot be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss.
- VplusCARD is not transferable.
- The Vendor agrees to provided complete, accurate and
current information when registering as a Vendor. The Vendor
must maintain and update such information. VplusCARD may phone or
mail you to verify these details.
- VplusCARD may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or
discount unless so stated in Vendor Discount.
- VplusCARD is not responsible for any dealings between the
Cardholder and a Vendor.
- VplusCARD does not endorse or guarantee any products supplied by
an individual Vendor.
- Any discount is subject to a Vendors standard pricing policy
unless so stated in Vendor Discount.
- Any Vendor discount is subject to availability.
- The Vendor acknowledges that it is not possible to provide a
site free of any faults and that factors outside the control of
VplusCARD may render its site temporarily. unavailable however
VplusCARD agrees to do all it can to provide an accessible and user
friendly site.
- Any dispute arising from this agreement is subject to New
Zealand Law and New Zealand Courts have jurisdiction.
- The vendor will honour the VplusCARD discount as outlined on the
VplusCARD website.
