VplusCARD sometimes need to know peoples personal information. We only collect this type of information if it is essential information. We use electronic forms and it is up to the user ("you") of the VplusCARD Website ("the Website") if you want to fill them in.

Information we collect

Registered Vendors and Card Holders - we will ask for your first name, surname, address and e-mail address  when you wish to purchase a card or become a registered Vendor. As a current CardHolder or registered Vendor you will be able to use the facilities of this website. Information that you supply to VplusCARD in order to become a current card holder or registered Vendor  shall only be used within VplusCARD and will not be supplied to third parties (other than as specified herein) without first obtaining your consent. However, VplusCARD may disclose information where VplusCARD is obliged or permitted by law to do so. Also if you post any objectionable content or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior, VplusCARD can use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop such behavior. VplusCARD will hold the information that you provided for as long as you are a current card holder or registered Vendor.

Your comments – if you need an answer to your comment or question you must include your e-mail address otherwise we won’t know who to send the reply back to. We will use  best endeavors to answer your questions.

How the personal information is used?

All personal information is collected for a specific reason and we will tell you what that is, or it will be obvious to you in any event what that purpose will be. We will ask you if you want to be kept on our mailing list.

VplusCARD will hold your personal information on VplusCARD's systems for as long as you are a card holder or registered Vendor, and remove it once this status changes.
